Project Description：The project involved the construction for intelligent spraying production line of a local industrial enterprise in Indonesia. A new integrated automatic spraying production line was built up to meet the requirements for surface spraying and curing of local hardware products, machinery housings and other workpieces. The fans are mainly used in three major processes of the production line, including the high-temperature drying and curing, hot air circulation for uniform temperature distribution, and extraction and exhaust of paint mist and exhaust gas. The equipment fully accommodates the continuous operating mode of the automatic coating production line. The equipment was tailored and optimized specifically for the operating condition of coating production line. The fan housing is made of materials resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and equipped with dedicated sealing and thermal insulation structures. It can withstand the high-temperature environment of the production line drying oven for a long time, and is suitable for 24-hour continuous operation.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the coating pass rate increased to over 98.5%. The monthly reduction in defective product losses exceeded RMB 1,000, significantly lowering the rework costs and material waste. The drying cycle per batch was shortened by 8%, daily effective production time increased by more than 12%, the overall monthly production capacity of production line increased by more than 10%. The annual equipment maintenance, spare parts replacement and manual repair costs decreased by more than 60%, helping the customer reduce costs and improve efficiency.
